**Terms and Conditions VRSimSolutions**

### **1. General**
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of VRSimSolutions, located at De Dorsvlegel 26, 4921 ZV Made, and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 90976096.
1.2 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
1.3 Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

### **2. Offer and Agreement**
2.1 All offers from VRSimSolutions are non-binding and subject to availability.
2.2 An agreement is established when the customer places an order and this order is confirmed by VRSimSolutions.
2.3 VRSimSolutions reserves the right to refuse orders or attach special conditions to the delivery.

### **3. Prices and Payment**
3.1 All prices are quoted in euros, excluding VAT and shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payments must be made via the payment methods offered on the website.
3.3 In case of a pricing error, VRSimSolutions reserves the right to correct the price and inform the customer. In such cases, the customer has the right to cancel the order at no cost.

### **4. Delivery**
4.1 VRSimSolutions aims to deliver orders within 14 working days unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 Delivery takes place at the address specified by the customer.
4.3 VRSimSolutions is not liable for delays in delivery caused by third parties.

### **5. Right of Withdrawal**
5.1 The customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify VRSimSolutions in writing or by email.
5.3 The customer must return the products in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of notifying the cancellation.
5.4 **Return Policy:** The costs of the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed. VRSimSolutions does not refund return shipping costs.

### **6. Warranty and Complaints**
6.1 VRSimSolutions guarantees that the delivered products comply with the agreement and the specifications stated on the website.
6.2 In case of complaints, the customer must notify VRSimSolutions as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after discovering the complaint.
6.3 VRSimSolutions will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, VRSimSolutions will confirm within 14 days with an indication of when the customer can expect a detailed response.

### **7. Liability**
7.1 VRSimSolutions is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the delivered products unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of VRSimSolutions.
7.2 The liability of VRSimSolutions is limited to the amount of the delivered products.

### **8. Privacy**
8.1 VRSimSolutions processes personal data of the customer in accordance with the privacy statement, which can be found on the website.
8.2 Personal data are only used for handling orders and communication with the customer.

### **9. Applicable Law**
9.1 All legal relationships to which VRSimSolutions is a party are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
9.2 Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district where VRSimSolutions is located.
